Beautiful Landscapes and Growing Facility
Introducing Bel Amour Farm! Our family has been working hard to open our doors to new clients. The time has come to accept a limited number of students in our program. More slots will open over the next few months. As a military family, we have lived all over the United States and finally have retired and settled back in our home state of Texas. Bel Amour Farm is home to multiple beautiful Morgan horses, Americas oldest breed. We are excited to introduce the community to this fun, kind, and intelligent breed of horse while offering a safe place to learn and grow our horsemanship skills. Our program supports beginners thru advanced individuals. Ages 5 to adult. Some exceptions to age are made on a case by case basis after an evaluation. As we grow and develop our facility we hope to build a barn family like no other. Our farm is peaceful and full of kindness. Our goats, Lilly and Rose, love to snuggle and our pups are always your best friend. From chickens to ducks and turkeys, we have lots to love on!! Our facility is family friendly with places to walk and enjoy outdoors. Over the years our owner and trainer, Sarah Dickey, has studied equine behavior, development, and health and wellness. Her skills in the equine world are matched in the world of advocacy and health and life skills. The ability to merge these two pieces and utilize the horse and individual as a team to heal and grow is exciting and rewarding. Sarah hopes to grow the program in partnership with the community to create a safe place for all who join our journey. Our program will offer recreational, competitive (traveling to shows on the circuit), clinics, youth team and programs, and a family friendly environment! We are building a youth team/group to build horsemanship skills with opportunities to spend extra time on the farm and develop skills to compete on a national level. American Morgan Horse Association Youth Team
Join our growing youth team! Offering weekly meetings and opportunities to grow and develop horsemanship skills while creating relationships with other peers. Ages 12-21. Youth driven and organized with trainer oversight. Competitive opportunities thru out show season and so much fun!

Private One Hour Lesson
Each private lesson will begin with an evaluation to design the best suited plan going forward for each student. Lessons include horsemanship on the ground and in the saddle and will vary based on each students progression. Learning the foundation to build safe and educated horseman/women is the top priority and we will ensure many opportunities to develop these skills are available both within lessons and thru clinics and work days. Ages 7 years to Adult.

Tiny Tot Half Hour Lesson
Designed to introduce developmentally based skills to tiny tots ages 4-6 years. Evaluation must be completed to assure each child is able to focus for the 30 minute lesson.

Join Our Team
Bel Amour Farm is looking for the right person to fit in our barn family who wants to learn horsemanship from the ground up! We have an opportunity for someone to grow their knowledge and experience while having some fun and working with our awesome barn family and horses! This is a working student opportunity. Your work in exchange for lessons and so many opportunities within the barn 🙂. Flexible schedule. Work includes stall cleaning, paddock cleaning, grooming, assisting in youth lessons, general around the farm horse care, etc. Position could grow into a paid position in the future for the right person. Horse experience preferred as we do have horses that need exercised under supervision of trainer.
